In this article, you will learn about:

Why do I need to activate my TEX (Phase 2) account?

Previously when TEX (Phase 1) was launched back in December, you were prompted to activate your TEX account when logging in to your TriumphFX Trader’s Room account. In the same way, you will need to activate once more for your TEX (Phase 2) account to be able to continue with any trading activity on the new TEX (Phase 2) platform.

Are there any changes in the activation process for TEX (Phase 2)?

The difference here from the previous TEX (Phase 1) activation is that TEX (Phase 2) now requires you to use a unique email address to sign up for an account. This is important as now you are required to log into your TEX (Phase 2) account with the registered email address.

What is a unique email address?

For every account that you activate/create on TEX (Phase 2), you will need a unique email address to register an account, which means no repeated email address is allowed. Unlike before, TEX (Phase 2) now requires users to log in with an email address, instead of an Account ID number like for your TR account.

What if I have multiple TR accounts? Do I need to use a different email address from my TR account to activate my TEX (Phase 2) account?

Don’t worry, your TR account and TEX (Phase 2) account can share the same email address. The only thing you need to remember is that, if you create another account on TEX (Phase 2), it must be a different email address.

For example, John uses [email protected] for both his TR account and TEX (Phase 2) account. However, if he wants to create another account in TEX (Phase 2), he won’t be able to use [email protected] as it’s already registered under his first TEX (Phase 2) account, so he will need to use a different email to make a second TEX (Phase 2) account.

What if I choose not to activate my TEX (Phase 2) account?

If you opt out on activating your TEX (Phase 2) account, you will still be able to access the new TR wallet in your TR Account balance page. The new TR wallet is completely independent from your TEX wallet, so you can operate it separately. But we encourage you to activate your TEX (Phase 2) account so that you’ll be able to trade on our newly improved platform, as all trading activities will be fully suspended in the previous TEX (Phase 1).

What will happen to my funds in the previous TEX (Phase 1) when I activate or don’t activate my TEX (Phase 2) account?

Please keep in mind that your asset will automatically be transferred back to your TR wallet regardless if you activate your TEX (Phase 2) account or not. Our system will still be able to transfer back your assets to your multiple TR accounts respectively, even if you use a different email from your TR accounts to activate your TEX (Phase 2) accounts. No action is required from your end.

Don’t wait, activate your TEX (Phase 2) account today to enjoy all the new features!
